How long will my rug take to ship?
It generally takes 4 to 5 days to ship and depending on your shipping address, it can take between 7 to 14 days for delivery.

Where will my rug be shipped from?
All rugs are shipped from our warehouses throughout the United States.

What if my rug is not in stock when I order?
If your order is out of stock we will let you know what the estimated waiting time will be. As most of our rugs are imported items out of stock can take up to 4-6 weeks to arrive at our US warehouse.

What is your return policy?
